We want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear, which is why we offer a 365-day return policy for our MyDecathlon members. Items must be in a resalable condition with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the packing slip inside for faster processing.

  Drop Off or Ship

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to your nearest Decathlon retail store for an instant exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
